Ways to Get Involved
Become a Site Representative
Site reps are the backbone of NEA-Jurupa. They attend monthly Representative Council meetings, share information with colleagues, and serve as the first point of contact for member concerns. Elections are held at each school site.
Learn About ElectionsJoin a Committee
NEA-Jurupa has ten active committees covering everything from bargaining and budget to equity and community schools. Committees meet regularly and welcome new members who want to contribute their expertise.

If you're new to the district or recently joined the union, welcome! Here's what you should know: your membership connects you to NEA-Jurupa locally, the California Teachers Association (CTA) at the state level, and the National Education Association (NEA) nationally. Together, these organizations provide legal support, professional resources, advocacy, and collective bargaining power.
