NEA-Jurupa operates under a set of governing documents that define our structure, member rights, election procedures, and financial policies. These documents are maintained by the Executive Board and approved by the Representative Council.

The foundational document of NEA-Jurupa. Establishes the union's purpose, membership criteria, officer roles, election procedures, and the rights and responsibilities of all members.
Standing Rules
Approved May 6, 2026
Operational rules that supplement the Bylaws. Covers meeting procedures, committee structures, financial controls, and day-to-day governance of the union.
